Introduction

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how si6s ("we", "us", "our"), operating the online betting and casino information platform at si6s.cam ("Platform"), collects, uses, stores and discloses personal data relating to individuals who access or use the Platform ("you", "User").

si6s is committed to handling personal data responsibly, transparently and in accordance with applicable data protection principles. This Policy is intended to give you clear, honest information about our data practices so that you can make informed decisions about your use of the Platform.

This Policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and our Responsible Gambling Policy. By registering an Account or continuing to use the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

For the purposes of this Policy, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

Any operation or set of operations performed on personal data, whether or not by automated means — including collection, recording, organisation, storage, adaptation, retrieval, use, disclosure, dissemination, restriction, erasure or destruction.
"Data Controller"
The entity that determines the purposes and means of processing personal data. For the purposes of this Policy, si6s acts as the Data Controller in respect of personal data collected through the Platform.
"Data Processor"
A third party that processes personal data on behalf of the Data Controller, acting under written instructions and subject to confidentiality and security obligations.
"KYC Data"
Identity and verification documentation submitted by users in connection with the Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering compliance process.

Small text files placed on your device by the Platform when you visit, used to maintain session state, store preferences and support analytics and security functions.

Data Controller

si6s, operating the Platform at si6s.cam, acts as the Data Controller in respect of all personal data collected through and in connection with the Platform. All data processing activities described in this Policy are carried out under si6s's direction and subject to its data protection obligations.

Where si6s engages third-party service providers to process personal data on its behalf — such as payment processors, KYC verification service providers, cloud infrastructure providers and customer support platforms — those providers act as Data Processors under written data processing agreements that mandate appropriate security, confidentiality and usage restrictions.

Note for Pakistani Users

Pakistan's Personal Data Protection Bill has been under development for a number of years. The current state of dedicated data protection legislation in Pakistan may differ from established frameworks in other jurisdictions. si6s processes personal data in accordance with the data protection standards reflected in this Policy regardless of the applicable legislative framework in any specific user's jurisdiction. This Policy does not constitute legal advice about data protection law applicable to you personally.

5

How We Collect Your Data

si6s collects personal data through the following means:

  • Directly from you — when you register an Account, submit KYC documents, make a deposit or withdrawal request, contact support, respond to surveys or complete any other voluntary interaction on the Platform.
  • Automatically — through cookies, web beacons and server-side logging as you navigate and interact with the Platform. This includes technical, device and usage data as described in Section 4.5.
  • From third parties — including identity verification service providers (to validate KYC submissions), payment processors (to confirm transaction status), fraud prevention services, and data enrichment providers where used in compliance with applicable data protection requirements.
6

Lawful Bases for Processing

si6s processes personal data on the following lawful bases, depending on the specific processing activity:

  • Performance of a Contract: Processing necessary to register your Account, process deposits and withdrawals, settle bets and provide the core functionality of the Platform to you as a registered user.
  • Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) laws, counter-terrorist financing (CTF) requirements, KYC regulatory obligations and any other applicable legal or regulatory duty.
  • Legitimate Interests: Processing necessary for fraud prevention, information security, Platform improvement, responsible-gambling monitoring, and communications relating directly to your Account — where these interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights and freedoms.
  • Consent: Where we rely on your consent for specific processing activities (such as optional marketing communications), we will obtain that consent separately and explicitly. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
7

How We Use Your Data

si6s uses personal data for the following purposes:

  • To create, manage and maintain your Account;
  • To verify your identity and age in accordance with KYC obligations;
  • To process deposit and withdrawal transactions;
  • To settle bets and wagers and maintain accurate transaction records;
  • To detect, investigate and prevent fraud, money laundering and other illegal activity;
  • To enforce our Terms & Conditions;
  • To provide customer support and respond to enquiries;
  • To monitor responsible-gambling tool settings and intervene where there are indicators of problem gambling;
  • To improve Platform functionality, user experience and content quality through aggregated usage analysis;
  • To send transactional communications (account notifications, security alerts, payment confirmations);
  • To send promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them (you may opt out at any time);
  • To comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
8

Data Sharing & Disclosure

si6s does not sell, rent or commercially trade personal data. We share personal data only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers (Data Processors): We engage third-party providers to support Platform operations, including KYC/identity verification services, payment processing infrastructure, cloud hosting and storage, customer support platforms and fraud detection services. All such providers are bound by data processing agreements that restrict their use of your data to the specific services they provide to si6s.
  • Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities: We will disclose personal data to competent authorities where we are legally required to do so — for example, in response to a lawful court order, regulatory request, or under our AML/CTF reporting obligations.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of all or part of si6s's business, personal data may be transferred to the relevant successor entity. Users will be notified of any such transfer and any material changes to data handling that result from it.
  • With Your Consent: We will share your data with any other third party where you have given us specific, informed consent to do so.

We do not share personal data with third-party advertisers, data brokers or marketing platforms without explicit user consent.

9

International Data Transfers

Given the international nature of si6s's Platform and its technology infrastructure, personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. Where such transfers occur, si6s takes reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data to a standard consistent with the principles reflected in this Policy.

Where data is transferred to jurisdictions that do not maintain equivalent data protection standards, si6s relies on contractual safeguards — including standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms — with the relevant Data Processors to protect your data in transit and at the destination.

10

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

si6s uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Platform. The following categories of cookies are used:

Strictly Necessary Cookies
Essential to Platform operation. These include session management cookies, authentication tokens and security cookies. They cannot be disabled without impairing core Platform functionality. No consent is required for strictly necessary cookies.
Functional Cookies
Used to remember your preferences — such as language settings and display preferences — to provide a more personalised experience. These do not track your activity across other websites.
Analytics Cookies
Used to collect aggregated, anonymised information about how users navigate the Platform — including pages visited, time spent and feature usage. This data helps us improve the Platform. Analytics data is not linked to advertising networks.

You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookie categories may affect your ability to use some features of the Platform. si6s does not use cookies for third-party advertising or cross-site behavioural profiling.

11

Data Retention

si6s retains personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with applicable legal, regulatory and compliance obligations. The following general retention guidelines apply:

  • Account Data: Retained for the duration of your active Account relationship with si6s, and for a period thereafter as required by applicable legal and regulatory obligations (typically five to seven years following Account closure, in line with standard AML record-keeping requirements).
  • KYC Documents: Retained for the period required under applicable AML/CTF regulations, typically a minimum of five years following the end of the business relationship.
  • Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five years from the date of the transaction, or longer where required by applicable law.
  • Support Communications: Retained for the period necessary to resolve the relevant matter and for a reasonable period thereafter for complaint management and quality-assurance purposes.
  • Technical Logs: Retained for a rolling period as determined by operational and security requirements, typically not exceeding two years in the absence of an active investigation.

When personal data is no longer required for any lawful retention purpose, it is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with our data disposal procedures.

12

Data Security

si6s implements technical and organisational security measures commensurate with the sensitivity of the personal data we process. These measures include:

  • TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data in transit between your device and si6s servers;
  • Encryption of sensitive data fields at rest, including credentials and financial identifiers;
  • Role-based access controls limiting access to personal data to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis;
  • Regular security assessments and vulnerability testing of Platform infrastructure;
  • Multi-factor authentication options for user accounts;
  • Incident response procedures to detect, assess and respond to data security events in a timely manner.

While we take data security seriously, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You play a role in keeping your Account secure by using a strong, unique password, enabling available authentication features and never sharing your credentials with third parties. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, contact si6s support immediately.

13

Subject to applicable law and certain conditions and exceptions, you have the following rights in respect of your personal data held by si6s:

Please note that certain rights are subject to exceptions — for example, we cannot delete personal data that we are legally required to retain under AML or other regulatory obligations. The existence of legal retention obligations will be communicated clearly in our response to any erasure request.

14

Children's Privacy

The si6s Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 or older — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the applicable minimum age, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated Account.

If you are a parent or guardian and have reason to believe that a minor in your care has registered an Account with si6s, please contact us immediately at the address provided in Section 17. We will investigate and act promptly.

15

Third-Party Links

The si6s Platform may contain references to third-party content or services for contextual purposes. Where such references exist, si6s has no control over the privacy practices or content of those third parties. This Policy applies exclusively to data processing carried out by si6s in connection with the Platform. Users who follow links to third-party websites or services do so at their own risk and should review the applicable privacy policies of those third parties independently.

16

Amendments to This Policy

si6s reserves the right to update and amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Where changes are material — such as changes to the categories of data we collect, the purposes for which we process it, or the third parties with whom we share it — we will provide advance notification to registered users via the email address associated with their Account, or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

Minor or non-material changes (such as clarifications of existing practices, typographical corrections or restructuring without substantive change) may be made without individual notification. The "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated practices. If you do not agree with a revised Policy, you should discontinue use of the Platform and contact us to request Account closure.
