You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. si6s will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have shared your credentials or failed to implement reasonable security measures.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the si6s platform, including all associated websites, mobile interfaces, applications, features and content operated under the domain si6s.cam ("Platform", "si6s", "we", "us", "our").
si6s is an online betting and casino information platform primarily serving English-speaking users in Pakistan and internationally. By accessing the Platform, registering an account or placing any wager or bet, you ("User", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease access to and use of the Platform.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and si6s.
These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You undertake to keep this information current and accurate at all times. Failure to maintain accurate account details may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. You agree to:
si6s will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to observe reasonable security practices. All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until si6s is formally notified in writing of any compromise.
si6s is required to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You agree to submit, promptly upon request, such verification documents as si6s may reasonably require, which may include:
si6s reserves the right to restrict deposits, withdrawals and wagering activity pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail to satisfy verification requirements within a reasonable period may be suspended or closed, with any verifiable real-money deposit balance returned less applicable fees where required by applicable regulation.
All personal data submitted for KYC purposes is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are handled confidentially and used solely for verification, fraud prevention and compliance purposes.
7.1 Deposits. Deposits must be made using payment methods approved and currently available on the Platform. Minimum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. si6s reserves the right to decline any deposit at its reasonable discretion. Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name.
Payment method names referenced on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar Pakistani payment rails for contextual reference only. Their inclusion does not imply that these providers endorse, support, facilitate or are affiliated with si6s or any online gambling activity. Availability of any specific method is subject to change and cannot be guaranteed.
7.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification, active compliance checks and confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements relating to bonus funds have been satisfied. si6s reserves the right to process withdrawals using the same method used for the relevant deposit, where technically feasible.
7.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times vary by method, operator policy and individual verification status. si6s does not guarantee specific processing speeds and is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banks or wallet providers.
7.4 Dormant Account Fees. Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, wager or withdrawal activity) for a period determined by current platform policy may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee. Users will be notified in advance of any such fee being applied. Dormancy thresholds and fee amounts are published in the current Platform fee schedule.
All promotional offers available on si6s are subject to specific terms that apply in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Before opting into any promotion, you must read and understand the applicable promotional terms. By opting in, you accept those terms.
8.1 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to rollover requirements stated in the relevant promotional terms. Until all wagering requirements are met, bonus-derived funds may not be withdrawn. If you choose to withdraw real-money funds before wagering requirements are completed, any remaining bonus balance and associated pending winnings will be forfeited.
8.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus. While a bonus is active, individual bets must not exceed the maximum stake limit specified in the promotional terms (illustrative example: PKR 1,000 per bet). Exceeding the maximum bet limit during an active bonus will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, regardless of the outcome of the bet.
8.3 Game Contribution. Different game categories contribute at different rates toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute at the highest rate; table games, live dealer games and certain instant games may contribute at reduced rates or not at all. Contribution percentages are specified in individual promotional terms.
8.4 Bonus Expiry. Promotions and associated wagering requirements expire after the period stated in the promotional terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are automatically cancelled without compensation.
8.5 Bonus Abuse. si6s reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a bonus has been abused. Abuse includes but is not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploitation of technical errors, use of low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value, and collusion with other users.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the si6s Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:
si6s cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Where prohibited conduct is identified, si6s reserves the right to retain funds pending investigation and to report activity to appropriate authorities without prior notice to the user.
All content on the si6s Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, data compilations and game content — is the intellectual property of si6s or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of si6s.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, si6s excludes all liability for:
Nothing in these Terms shall limit si6s's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
si6s makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in any particular jurisdiction. Accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where it is restricted is at the user's sole risk and responsibility.
si6s is committed to promoting responsible gambling as a core operational principle. The Platform provides a suite of player-protection tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion, accessible directly through the Account dashboard.

Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and without conditions. A self-excluded user must not attempt to register a new account during the exclusion period. Doing so will result in immediate closure of the new account and forfeiture of any associated balance.

14.1 By si6s. si6s reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion. Grounds for such action include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to satisfy KYC requirements, prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10, or regulatory or compliance obligations.
14.2 By the User. You may request Account closure at any time by contacting si6s support. Any verifiable real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable verification and compliance checks. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will not be returned.
14.3 Consequences of Closure. Upon Account closure for any reason, all pending bets that were validly placed prior to closure will be settled in accordance with standard rules. Any outstanding settlement amounts will be processed to your registered payment method where technically feasible and compliant with applicable policy.
si6s reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, reasonable notice will be provided via the email address associated with your Account or through a prominent Platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request Account closure.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which si6s holds its applicable operating license, to the extent permitted by law.
In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to contact si6s in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable timeframe, it may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism applicable under the operator's license conditions.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect legitimate interests pending formal dispute resolution.
Users acknowledge that Pakistani courts may have limited jurisdiction over disputes arising from offshore online gambling platforms, and that the legal enforceability of gambling-related contracts under Pakistani law is subject to the gambling restrictions referenced elsewhere in these Terms.
